Greetings to all my PAST Clients and NEW ones I haven’t met yet!

Let me tell you a little about me. I started my career in real estate as a paralegal for attorneys in Wausau, drafting documents, reading Abstracts of Title and preparing closing statements for all real estate transactions. After a few years, I met Jack Williams, many of you might remember as “the” real estate mogul in Wausau, and was hired as one of his secretaries at Williams Realty where I learned the ins and outs of how a successful real estate office was run. I took my real estate classes at night at North Central Technical College, obtained my Real Estate Broker license in 1980 and the rest is history!! Since then I have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and sold hundreds of homes in the Mosinee, Wausau and Marshfield areas.

I remember throughout the years telling sellers if I could figure out a way to sell their home for free I would because I loved my job so much. Well now it’s time for me to give back! If you’re like most sellers you want to make the most when selling your home. To thank all of my past sellers and new ones I haven’t met yet.  Being independent enables me to sell your home as low at 3% or less depending upon your situation.
